Clark County, Nevada, Department of Aviation Announces New Managing Director of Planning
In Nevada, the Clark County Department of Aviation has named Bryant Holt, C.M., as Managing Director, Planning. In this position, Holt will provide leadership in planning and building the Southern Nevada Supplemental Airport (SNSA) project, a new commercial service airport. The new airport will provide additional commercial air service capacity and supplement Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). Holt will also oversee airport systemwide planning efforts associated with North Las Vegas and Henderson Executive airports, as well as Overton and Jean airports. He began his new position on May 1.
Holt is an experienced leader with executive management and development expertise for large organizations. Most recently, he worked for the Wayne County Airport Authority (WCAA), holding the titles of Chief Development Officer; Vice President, Planning, Design & Construction; Director, Strategy Management; and Deputy Director, Planning. While there, Holt developed the WCAA Business Plan, enhanced business development and expanded operations at Willow Run Airport, and managed major developments and capital construction projects.

Holt graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He went on to receive his master’s degree from Columbia University in Land Planning & Design. He is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
